Winder Retro

A customer presented a winder requiring a full control system refurbishment. The existing system utilised pneumatic speed regulation, which provided limited control accuracy and resulted in frequent downtime due to maintenance and component failures.

The original control hardware was completely removed and replaced with a modern drive-based solution using Omron variable speed drives. This upgrade delivered precise speed control, improved system reliability, and significantly reduced maintenance requirements.
