In this project, we incorporated the SICK ReLy dual-channel safety relay and Omron safety relays to ensure the highest level of safety compliance. These industry-leading safety components provided reliable monitoring and control, offering peace of mind and minimizing potential risks to personnel and equipment.
To enhance control and energy efficiency, we utilised the ABB ACH580 11kW and 4kW HVAC drives. These advanced drives offer precise control and variable speed capabilities, allowing for optimal performance and energy savings. Additionally, the integration of ABB PSE30 Soft starters contributed to smooth motor starting, reducing mechanical stress and prolonging the lifespan of the cooling tower equipment.
